Escort Services Don’t Exist in War Zones

It’s hard to say at what point the municipal and state authorities lost control to the cartels.  Escort agencies are involved in prostitution, an industry that has been taxed out of existence by the cartels.  The same things has happened in Cabo and Cancun.   Rival cartels fighting for control need income for their operations.  They tax businesses out of existence.  In Cabo, they have even begun taxing independent escorts 30% of their income.  Most have quit.  In Villahermosa, there isn’t enough money being charged to tax independent escorts.  The escort agencies were driven out years ago.  These services don’t work in war zones.  Tabasco has been ceded to the cartels.
